More CC? More CC! I’ve been making a couple of tops lately and then I dug out one of the first one I made and fixed it up a bit. This coincides with 400 tumblr followers, so thanks so much if you’re a tumblrererer who’s here to download. Thanks for the follow and hope you enjoy this little download.
What You Get
This is a download of three different tops for ts3:
Let’s have a look at each, one by one.
Rosemary
- This is a new mesh by yours truly!
- Created for the Sims 3.
- For young adult/adult females.
- Custom CAS/Launcher thumbnail.
- Shows up as a top under everyday and career.
- Disabled for random.
- ~7,700 polys = HIGH. Recommended for photos, not gameplay.
- Has morph states.
- Comes with two presets: A plain white and patterned.
The top is fully recolourable with two channels, the main blouse part and the sleeves.
Issues:
- There’s a little bit of a seam problem at the neck. I swear at one point I also had a seam at the waist, but when I went to take a picture of it, I couldn’t actually see it. But basically you might see fine seams like the one on the picture. They’re easy to edit out in photos.
- In some poses, the under-arm part gets a little distorted.
Anise
- This is a new mesh by yours truly!
- Created for the Sims 3.
- For young adult/adult females.
- Custom CAS/Launcher thumbnail.
- Shows up as a top under everyday and career.
- Disabled for random.
- ~7,000 polys = HIGH. Recommended for photos, not gameplay.
- Has morph states.
- Comes with two presets: A plain white, a striped version, and a knitted version.
It’s fully recolourable with three channels: main blouse, sleeves, and button on the top back.
Due to the nature of this top (high poly, two-sided mesh), it has a lot of issues:
- The bone assignment is a particular brand of horrible. I’ve fixed as much of it as I possibly could, but as you see from three of these photos, it’s still kind of bad. What’s left I find is mostly stuff you can edit your way out of. More than ever, I REALLY don’t recommend this one for gameplay and this isn’t one to dress your sim in if they’re going to be doing acrobatics.
- It might clip with certain bottoms.
- It might clip with certain poses, especially poses where the hand connects with the arm – dem poofy sleeves just make it inevitable.
- It has shadows in CAS – basically unavoidable with a double-sided mesh. They’re not visible at all in-game, but now you know.
Coriander
- This is a new mesh by yours truly!
- Created for the Sims 3.
- For young adult/adult females.
- Custom CAS/Launcher thumbnail.
- Shows up as a top under everyday and career.
- Disabled for random.
- ~8,000 polys = HIGH. Recommended for photos, not gameplay.
- Has morph states.
- Comes with two presets: A plain white and patterned with coloured cuffs.
Fully recolourable with three channels: Main blouse, sleeves, and cuffs.
Issues:
- The under-arm bit is just… kinda bad? This was because I felt like I’m silly when I put darts into every single top to accommodate boobs, so I didn’t add in darts and I regret. It’s not too bad when you colour it in one colour/one pattern, but it’s pretty noticeable when the sleeves/blouse part are different colours.
- This one might clip with certain bottoms. The second photo show slight little clippings with these trousers, but it can be much, much worse.

Download
The top is available in both .package and .sims3pack format. Please do not download the .package files from below. See ‘Note on .Package Files’ instead!
A Note on .Package Files
For most of the time I’ve been doing CC, I’ve been exporting a .package file directly from tsrw rather than exporting a .sims3pack and converting that to a .package. Unfortunately, I somehow didn’t realise that the process of converting to .sims3pack compresses the file, making it much, much smaller in size. In some instances, my .package files are therefore 10 or 20 times bigger than their .sims3pack counterparts.
Obviously, they still work, but they take up a lot of space on your computer and I don’t recommend using these old .package files. Below is a folder containing compressed versions of the files that I had uploaded in uncompressed versions. This only counts for the .package. If you want to download a .sims3pack version, simply follow the regular download link above. And otherwise, use the links pasted below. I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused by this!

Thank You!
A huge thanks to everyone who’s downloading and looking at all my stuff. I really enjoy making CC lately and I possibly enjoy sharing it even more. Now and again, I’ll see one of my tops show up on photos on tumblr, and it absolutely makes my day.
On the subject of writing, I’m actually pretty close to having a chapter ready. It still needs a little editing and shining up, but it’s looking pretty good. Hope everyone else is doing well and I’ll be seeing you all in the next post.
Love you all,
~Louise/NotJustaBook

Louise these tops are sooo cute! Once again, I’m amazed at your talent. 🙂 I hope you get lots and lots of downloads. 😀

Thank you so much for sharing these, I love how you make them 3D! Have you made the pants and skirts used in the pictures, too? I’m looking for highwaisted stuff, but most creators make them with huge bottoms (very fashion, I know), but I need “normal” sized tops and bottoms….

You’re welcome Freja! 🙂 The bottoms are not my creations, no, but I’ll look around and see if I can find some of the ones I use.
This link has a download that has some decent pants (I think the checkered pants are from here):

Sattelite-Sims (mostly tops, but a few nice bottoms, too!): https://satellite-sims.tumblr.com/tagged/downloads
Rollo-rolls (the jeans I use here): https://rollo-rolls.tumblr.com/post/643499405911244800/both-had-to-be-decimed-slightly-so-you-may
Some of the skirts I can’t find a link to and others are from sites that are gone. If you like, you can send me an e-mail through the contact form and I’ll send you some links. I have an archive from a site called SpectacledChic that unfortunately disappeared.
